A Justiça concedeu uma medida cautelar a favor do supermercado Dia que impede o homem de 45 anos que é suspeito de agredir clientes e funcionários da unidade do Cambuí, em Campinas, de frequentar o local.
O homem também não pode se aproximar da funcionária agredida nem virtualmente e nem fisicamente. Caso o homem desobedeça a ordem, ele pode ser preso.
A confusão aconteceu na noite da última segunda-feira, dia 27/07. O homem teria se recusado a usar uma máscara de proteção dentro do supermercado. Ao ser questionado pela funcionária, começou um bate boca que terminou com empurrões.
A gerente do supermercado fechou as portas da unidade com os clientes dentro para esperar a chegada de uma viatura da Polícia Militar, o que aconteceu logo depois.
Todo mundo foi parar no plantão policial. O homem disse na delegacia que não estava sem a máscara. O uso da máscara é obrigatória dentro de qualquer estabelecimento comercial na cidade.
