O BRT nem foi inaugurado ainda e uma série de acidentes tem acontecido nos últimos dias em vários trechos, principalmente no corredor que vai para o Distrito do Ouro Verde.

Desta vez, um motociclista bateu em um bloco de concreto que está sendo utilizado nas obras feitas na Rua Piracicaba, na região do Jardim Novo Campos Elíseos. Ele morreu no local.

O acidente foi no trecho onde está sendo construída uma estação de embarque e desembarque. O bloco estava na via para indicar que ali havia um desvio para todos os veículos.

A colisão aconteceu por volta das 20h30. Até o encerramento desta matéria ainda não haviam informações de como o acidente aconteceu. O motociclista trabalhava como motoboy, de acordo com informações de testemunhas.

Outros acidentes aconteceram ao longo do corredor nos últimos dias, como uma estação atingida por um caminhão, capotamentos e outras colisões. Em quase todos os casos, houve imprudência ou do acidentado ou de outro veículo que causou o acidente.
