O ODC realizou a sua primeira enquete eleitoral para a prefeitura de Campinas na semana passada através dos stories do Facebook e do Instagram. Apesar dos dados já terem sido compilados, eles não podem ser publicados.

O Tribunal Superior Eleitoral publicou a Resolução nº 23.600 que impede a publicação de resultados de enquetes desde o dia 1 de janeiro de 2020 até o fim do processo eleitoral.

Para que os resultados sejam publicados, é necessário a realização de uma pesquisa formal com base científica e registro no Tribunal Superior Eleitoral, onde as enquetes não se enquadram.

As enquetes são de livre opinião sem embasamento científico, ou seja, não há a demonstração de dados demográficos, sexo, classe social e outros dados, e por isso não podem ser divulgadas. Se ocorre a divulgação do resultado, o site pode ser retirado do ar.

Dessa forma, o ODC vai continuar realizando as enquetes até poucos dias das eleições mas irá divulgar todos os resultados de uma só vez quando todo o processo for finalizado, a título de comparação.

Por enquanto, o único dado que pode ser divulgado é o de votos nulos / brancos e a quantidade de indecisos. Somados, esses eleitores representam quase 53% de todo eleitorado.
